Accessibility was an architectural constraint rather than a later pass, and the data model was designed for minors from the first sprint — consent flows, data minimisation, and no profiling.

Live diagnostic sessions between clinician and child for specific learning disability screening. Socket-based interactive assessment activities run in sync on both sides of the session, with integrated video calling and structured result capture.

The engineering problem was latency and state consistency: two participants, one shared activity state, and clinical observations that must be recorded reliably.

Built on a micro-frontend architecture so each portal deploys independently. Teams ship without coordinating releases, and a fault in one portal does not take down the others.

Service migration and infrastructure work on an established, globally served multi-tenant assessment product with AI proctoring — a live system with existing customers, where migration had to happen without interrupting scheduled examinations.
