Refunds & Cancellations

Payments on this website are collected by Intelliots Technology Solutions LLP ("Intelliots"), Chennai, India, and processed securely via Cashfree. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Techathlon event tickets

Current ticket prices: Ride 25km — ₹499, Run 5km — ₹499, Tech Session Only — ₹399. Each ticket admits one named participant to Techathlon Chennai 2026 on 13 December 2026.

  • Cancellation with full refund: cancel on or before 28 November 2026 for a full refund of the ticket price. Payment-gateway charges, if any are deducted by the processor, are excluded from the refund.
  • Late cancellation: cancellations after 28 November 2026 are not refundable, as event costs are committed by then.
  • Transfers: tickets can be transferred to another participant free of charge up to 10 December 2026 — write to with your order ID and the replacement participant's name, email, and phone.
  • No-shows: tickets not used on event day are not refundable.
  • Event cancellation or rescheduling by us: if Techathlon Chennai 2026 is cancelled, every ticket is refunded in full. If it is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date, or you may request a full refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. To request a refund, email with your order ID (in the format techathlon-… from your confirmation) and the reason for cancellation. We confirm every request by email before processing it.

Failed or duplicate payments

If your payment failed but your account was debited, or you were charged twice for the same registration, write to with your order ID(s). Verified duplicate or failed-but-debited payments are refunded in full within 7–10 business days.

Professional services

Consulting and delivery engagements are governed by their signed agreements, which define milestones, the payment schedule, and cancellation terms. Amounts already paid for completed milestones are non-refundable; advance amounts for work not yet started are refunded less any committed third-party costs.
