# Intelliots

> Intelliots Technology Solutions LLP is a technology delivery firm in Chennai, India. It builds production-grade agentic AI systems and custom software platforms for organisations working under regulatory, institutional, or operational constraints.

Intelliots is deliberately small and senior. Engagements are staffed by the people who scoped them. The firm's distinguishing positions are human-in-the-loop AI governance, privacy-by-design data architecture (including a stricter standard for platforms serving children), and milestone-gated delivery with full transfer of intellectual property.

## What Intelliots does

- **Agentic AI, automation and data** — agentic orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, explainable AI, MLOps. Every model output carries a confidence score; low-confidence decisions escalate to a human reviewer before execution.
- **Custom platform engineering** — bespoke software, microservices, event-driven and real-time systems, micro-frontend portals, cloud architecture, DevOps, data engineering.
- **Institutional and public-sector delivery** — monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems, data infrastructure, and decision-support tooling for programmes with accountability requirements.

## How Intelliots works

Engagements pass through four gates: Discovery (NDA, requirements, written scope), Architecture (system and AI architecture, data flow, privacy and compliance review), Build (working prototype, core features), and UAT & handover (acceptance testing, documentation, deployment, full IP transfer). Payment is linked to each gate's deliverable rather than to elapsed hours. There is no lock-in; clients own what is built.

## Compliance posture

Controls are enforced in architecture rather than stated as policy. Identifying data stays in the primary store and is abstracted into anonymised context objects before any external model call; prompts are constructed server-side behind a proxy so client applications hold no provider keys; role-based access is enforced at the API layer; access and mutation events are logged immutably; data export and erasure are built in core scope. Frameworks designed against include COPPA, PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, US state student-privacy law, and HIPAA-aligned handling for clinical systems.
